The site you are browsing is the culmination of a 20-year professional journey. My first years were put at the service of farmers in the department of Mayenne. My mission was to promote agricultural development while seeking the most environmentally friendly practices. The following 12 years were devoted to French rural areas within the Association Sol et Civilization. From the start, it was for me to support the actors of the territories to innovate and find the way of a balanced development. Thus, with the Toulouse Group *, we sought the most interesting operating solutions for rural areas in order to manage a scarce resource: skills. My ideas became convictions, but these had yet to be substantiated scientifically. The doctoral thesis in economics was therefore obvious. Learning through research has been my goal for 6 years ...

At the end of this course, I deepened my theoretical knowledge, I skated it to the reality of the field then I re-examined my convictions. Thus, I can better present the values ​​that drive me ...

Humanism , respect for the environment and importance of the relationship (HER).

 

Humanism . The human being is at the center of my concerns. The women and men of our world have the right to respect and freedom. And it is by fully benefiting from these rights that each of us is responsible to others and to future generations. As far as my personal and professional commitments go, these values ​​have been the basis of all the others and they have made the essential of my actions consistent.

 

Respect for the environment. The constant search for a balance with all living things is for me the essential condition of any territorial development, whatever the country or territory.
